If minimum enrollment is not met, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future session. By signing up for classes with Ohana Self-Defense, you agree to the following: 🛡️ Liability Waiver Classes include physical activity and 1:1 role-play, and hands-on training. As an adult participant (18+), you agree not to hold Ohana Self-Defense, its instructors, volunteers, or affiliates liable for any injuries sustained during participation. You acknowledge and accept all risks and waive your right to pursue legal action. ♿ Accessibility & Modifications We welcome adults of all abilities. Modifications are available for participants with limited mobility. Please indicate any accessibility needs in your registration form so we can best support you in a trauma-informed and inclusive way. 📅 How to take three-day course classes: Each class builds on the next, so attendance for the first, second and third in that exact order is expected for you to get the most from your training. (Imagine learning the alphabet the first day, putting words together the second, and learning to sing on the third!) Classes are free, survivor-centered, led by trauma-informed instructors, women allies welcome. Feel free to email us or text us at (971) 236-3848 if something comes up! Life happens. Space is limited, so please make sure the course times work into your calendar to set you up for success. <3 Mahalo for understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you to Ohana! 🌈🤙
