OUR MISSION
To uplift women and youth with empowerment-based self-defense in real-world situations—designed by and for women survivors, always free to friends most impacted by violence.
Our youth program focuses on violence prevention, breaking generational cycles of harm.
At Ohana, ALL women and youth are welcome.
Our all-women led classes teach situational awareness, de-escalation, and practical self-defense in a supportive space centered in aloha and chosen family.
We believe bodily autonomy and freedom from harm are human rights -- not just for those with privilege.
