A revolutionary nonprofit offering empowerment-based, practical self-defense training in mixed martial arts for free to survivors, allies, and youth ages 14+. Our program was designed through a trauma-informed lens by a survivor to welcome our highest priority communities, including those with unstable housing, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, sex workers, and neurodivergent individuals. In alliance with Rose City Self-Defense, Ohana proudly unites the best of both sides of the river in Oregon and Washington, creating the newest cutting-edge self-defense curriculum in the Pacific Northwest.
